The 24-year-old, who was dressed in a hospital gown ahead of her surgery could later be seen as she was marked out by nurses after arriving for the operation on October 16.
The Teen Mom star was operated on by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon to the stars Dr. Stuart Linder which saw Farrah go from a 650CC implant to an 800CC.
She previously told the Daily Mail: "I'm thankful to have the best reconstructive breast surgeon in the Beverly Hills area fix the burning and pain issues that were horrible."
The brunette star, who has also had a nose job, chin implant, cheek fillers and lip injections, she first went under the knife in 2011 at the age of 19 in a bid to boost her modelling career.
