A Federal High Court in Lagos has struck out Bukola Saraki’s bid to stop his controversial CCT case by stopping prosecution and trial in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.
The embattled Senate President who is being tried for false asset declaration at the Code of Conduct Tribunal has tried to stall his trial before now but failed.
Saraki who served as two-term governor of Kwara state as a 13-count charge of corruption levelled against him.
