The suspect was wielding a large knife when he attacked the victim in the neck at Leytonstone station, leaving him seriously injured. Petrol Bomb Kills 16 In Cairo Restaurant

A petrol bomb has killed at least 16 people in a restaurant in Cairo, say security officials. Three others were wounded. Witnesses said the attack happened after a group of men were turned away from the restaurant in the Agouza area of the Egyptian capital. A furious row erupted before a bomb or bombs were thrown into the premises.

22 year old Jeff Louis, an employee of Gionino's Pizzeria, a pizza chain in Ohio, was stunned when he received a $700 cash tip after delivering some pizzas to LifePoint Church in Mentor, Ohio, on Nov. 22. Louis posted a video of his reaction to YouTube shortly after receiving the tip. Louis was asked to come in a little earlier than usual to deliver the pizzas, and when he showed up at the church with the pies he was asked to bring one of the pizzas up to the pastor onstage.

Somalia’s state-run radio and TV journalist, Hindi Haji Mohamed has succumbed to her wounds sustained from bomb explosive that fitted into her exploded car in Mogadishu, medical officials confirmed. Mohamed was returning home from university when the bomb detonated She was the widow of Liban Ali Nur, a reporter who was killed in deadly Al Shabaab bomb attack in September 2012 in Mogadishu. 11 year old boy - Suspected suicide bomber arrested in Borno — Nigerian Army

Troops of the Nigerian Army 7 Division Garrison providing security at the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Camp, Dalori, in Maiduguri Metropolitan Council, of Borno State on Tuesday apprehended an 11-year old boy, Usman Modu Tella, the Army said Wednesday. The spokesperson for the Nigerian Army, Sani Usman, described Mr. Tella as a “potential suicide bomber”.

A 57-year-old man, Albert Nnadi, was on Wednesday confirmed dead on board an Arik Air flight from Owerri to Lagos. The passenger was said to have been found dead at the point when passengers were disembarking the flight at the Murtala Muhammed Domestic Airport Terminal One, Lagos. The deceased, who was accompanied by one of his relatives, identified as Damien Nwachkwu, was said to be traveling to Lagos to seek medical assistance on obesity.
