The Hollywood couple confirmed they were splitting after 10 years of marriage in June and for the sake of their children were renovating a property on their $17.5 million Los Angeles estate, for Affleck to move into, "Jen will always make sure that Ben spends as much time with the kids as he wants, but she is rethinking their living situation,"a source allegedly told People magazine .

"She can't stand the situation Ben has put her and the kids in." However an insider has said this is "not true".
The couple have so far put on a united front and even spent Ben's birthday together at Universal Orlando Resort and Disney World in Florida, earlier this month.
Jennifer has spent most of the summer in Atlanta with their children Violet, nine, Seraphina, six, and Samuel, three, where she was shooting Miracles from Heaven and was visited several times by her estranged husband.

The reports came as Ben has been photographed on two separate occasions without his wedding ring.
The couple had continued to wear them despite their split - reportedly to make it easier for their children - but now the Argo director has been seen twice this week without it.

The couple which insisted "co-parenting" their children, was their main priority.
