The 25-year-old paid a visit on Aug. 17 to Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey, the final resting place of both Brown and her mother, Whitney Houston, where a photographer captured the moment in newly released photos.
It seemed to be an emotional day for Gordon, who broke down in tears during the hour-long visit.
Gordon, who was banned from attending Bobbi Kristina's funeral and is currently at the center of a wrongful death lawsuit, was flown "by some generous friends" to the gravesite.
Instead, Gordon paid his respects by going to the beach, which he claimed was "always their favorite place to go," his mother told People. "He decided he would honor her at a place they both loved."
Gordon was dressed casually for the occasion, but brought with him red and pink roses as well as photos to place on their graves.
"I look at our pics sometimes it makes me smile sometime I cry @REALbkBrown #happymemories," he tweeted Monday from his private account, which Extra shared publicly.
"I'm so happy/blessed that I had @REALbkBrown in my life. I will always & forever love you," he wrote.
