A drunk Naval officer last night, was trigger happy and shot Tipper truck Driver and two Passengers with no apparent season. Tipper Drivers and the locals block the roads around the incident area.
Be mindful if you are driving towards the direction of Ikorodu, both direction of the road is blocked.
