Rita Ora Having Therapy Session to Deal With Fear of Dying

Rita Ora has is having therapy sessions almost every week to deal with crippling anxiety issues brought on by a childhood fear of dying.

Rita told The Sun newspaper that in an attempt to deal with the phobia, which she has been dealing with since childhood, she is having regular therapy session almost every week. "Death is my biggest phobia. I used to have panic attacks when I was little, saying, 'Mum, I don't want to die,'" she told The Sun "I've been to therapy and still try to go every week."

Rita, moreover, stated that one panic attack back in 2013 completely changed her perspective about life. "It scared the living s*** out of me. I started to value things, see things differently. This world can really eat you up and you can forget who you are," she explained, but gave no further details about the attack.
