
Arkansas On September 3 police issued a warrant for the arrest of Deanthony “Quarda Key” Holmes, 27 for knowingly exposing another person to the HIV virus..
The arrest warrant was issued after an unidentified woman walked into the police station crying after she learned she was HIV positive
She identified Deanthony Holmes who goes by the street name of “Quadra Key” as the only man she’d had unprotected sex with in the past 2 years.
During their investigation police discovered that Holmes was diagnosed the HIV in December of 2013.
According to the Police Department, Deanthony “Quarda Key” Holmes, of North Little Rock was taken into custody by the Jacksonville Police Department Thursday.
The woman accused Holmes of knowingly giving her HIV. Investigators said she tested positive and was advised the file a report.
His bail was set at $50,000 and he was bonded out the same day..
Although the charges levied against Holmes are very serious, Holmes’ family and friends are still standing by the HIV positive man.
