Italian actress Samantha Capitoni suffered the worst red carpet malfunction ever as she flashed her see-through knickers at the Rome Film Festival - but she's not alone.
The brunette beauty was left red-faced when her thigh-split gown flapped open at the front to reveal her choice of underwear.
Walking the red carpet with fellow actor Beppe Convertini the actress certainly made an impression on the waiting audience. Posing at first next to her partner the dress appeared fairly plain and simple but then after she picked up her skirt to carry on walking the gown dramatically parted.
