Wait a minute! Gov. Rochas Okorocha named a government building after his daughter?

Mrs. Uloma Nwosu (nee Okorocha) she's the Daughter of Imo state governor Rochas Okorocha . She married one of his commissioners, Uche Nwosu in 2014. The building in the above picture a government building and the Caption on the building says " Uloma Nwosu House" which means That Present Governor of Imo State Mr. Rochas Okorocha named the building  after his daughter.
